Marmo Construction provides practical engineering and software development training for students in technical and engineering fields — supervised by experienced professionals on real live projects.
This isn't a make-work internship. From day one, interns at Marmo Construction contribute to active projects — whether that's assisting on a construction site or writing code that runs in one of our live software systems.
Every intern is assigned to a specific project team and a senior professional supervisor. You'll attend team meetings, contribute to sprint planning sessions or site briefings, and produce deliverables that genuinely get used.
The programme runs across two tracks — Construction Engineering for civil and structural students, and Software Development for computer science, IT and software engineering students.
A simple four-step process from application to your first day.
Send your CV and a brief introduction to contact@marmo.info with the subject line "Internship Application – [Your Track]".
Our team reviews applications and responds within 3–5 business days. Shortlisted applicants are invited for a brief technical interview.
A 30-minute conversation with a senior team member to understand your background, interests and goals — and match you to the right project track.
Accepted interns receive an onboarding brief, project assignment and meet their supervisor before day one. You start contributing from week one.
Choose the track that matches your academic background and career goals. Both tracks work on real, active Marmo projects.
For students in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture and related disciplines. Work alongside Marmo's construction teams on live structural, civil and site management tasks.
For students in computer science, software engineering, IT and related disciplines. Work inside Marmo's Development Core on real internal systems used daily by our construction teams.
More than a line on your CV — a genuine career foundation built through real work, real mentorship and real results.
Every task you complete contributes to an active project. No simulations — live systems and real construction sites from day one.
Dedicated senior supervisor for your entire placement. Weekly one-to-ones, code reviews or site walkthroughs depending on your track.
A signed certificate of completion from Marmo Construction detailing your track, tasks and the systems or projects you contributed to.
Take documented, real project contributions into job interviews. Software interns can reference production code. Construction interns get site experience records.
Connect with Marmo's engineers, developers, project managers and partner firms. A professional network built during your internship, not after.
Strong interns are considered for future full-time roles. We hire from within our internship programme for both construction and software positions.
We welcome applicants from all Egyptian and international universities. Passion, curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more to us than grades.
Send your CV to contact@marmo.info with subject "Internship Application" and mention your preferred track. We respond to all applications within 5 business days.
